If At First…

Dieting…so many times I start and then fall off the wagon. This time I am determined to be successful. Using a great app on my iphone-MyFitnessPal. It means I can track my calories and weight loss easily from my phone or pc.

So far I am managing well with my 1200 calorie a day limit. Aiming for a slow and steady weight loss, which is supposed to be best. Bunny is set to benefit from longer walks too!

Just need to keep motivated. I have promised myself a clothes buying spree when I reach my target weight.
